In addition to my professional interests, I am passionate about classical music.
I am a former concert pianist and one of the youngest in Australia to obtain the AMusA and LMusA at age 12 and 13, respectively. I was also a two-time finalist at the Australian National Yamaha Piano Competition.
I have performed as a soloist at the Hamer Hall, Arts Centre Melbourne (here performing Chopin Scherzo No. 2, Op. 31 and here performing Moszkowski Caprice Espagnol) and also with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (here performing Saint-Saëns Piano Concerto No. 2, Op. 22). My favorite pieces are Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 (performance here) and Chopin Etude No. 12, Op. 10 (performance here).
